Visit the Creative Crafts Show which starts on 28th February at the Three Counties Showground and indulge your passion for everything crafty. You will discover exciting new ideas to try at home.
Whether you are an experienced crafter, beginner or simply looking for a new hobby, you will be inspired when you visit the Show. This year’s Show is supported by some of your favourite crafting titles; Sewing World, Patchwork & Quilting, Beads & Beyond, Scrap and Craft Stamper. See new products and techniques demonstrated and be inspired to create things from a huge range of supplies.
Great new features at this year’s show include a Pile and Plunder's workshop with Patchwork Queen AbbieAnne - see her display and try your hand at quilting and patchwork classes. You can also enjoy Extreme Textiles sessions with Rachel John which includes new innovations in textiles tools and techniques. You can make a fabric collage Poppies picture and stitch it at home as well as learn how to make a traditional Japanese Flower Kanzashi to use for embellishment and accessorise. There's also a Query Corner with the Knitting and Crochet Guild. Beading & Jewellery making is also popular with FindingBeads4u and Bead Spider. Jan Tillet will be running a Raw Edge Applique Embroidery Workshop; there are many more interesting features at the Show.
There will be a Make & Take Area, workshops hosted by experts in a whole of range of crafts. They will be running sessions, which allow you to Make & Take in just one hour! Booking is only available at the show and spaces are limited so make sure you book as soon as you arrive. These popular classes are not to be missed.
The exhibition is the perfect place to see, try and buy all your creative craft supplies. There are also many ready-made gifts on sale, which will be great either for you or as gifts for Easter or Mother’s Day. Things to buy include craft materials; craft kits; machines; yarns; patterns; cards; pictures and books. Visitors will also have the opportunity to pick up special offers and show bargains.
