National Construction Week
Run in conjunction with HBG Construction during the course of a week in October, these one day interactive workshops feature a range of activities involving construction crafts which promote a more sustainable environment.
Over 100 pupils attend each day, across Key Stages 1-4, including a number of pupils from special schools. Learning a range of traditional techniques including cob brick making, wattle and daub, brick laying and plumbing workshops this is a practical educational day out which has the vital ingredients of fun and getting their hands truly dirty.
