Media

We are keen to assist media representatives with information, story research and images connected to shows and venue hire events.

Our Shows

There are no designated ‘Press Only’ days at our Shows, but the first day of each is generally considered ‘Press Day’. At the Malvern Spring Gardening Show, visitor numbers on First Day are strictly limited. Media requiring access prior to First Day, should seek permission from the PR & Marketing Manager.

There is a designated Press Office for each event with refreshments, toilet facilities and wireless connection (free for journalists and broadcasters). Media representatives MUST sign in on arrival.

There is a Media Briefing on the first day of the Malvern Spring Gardening Show, with opportunities for questions.

Other Events

Venue hire events are not Society run, and media representatives should contact the organiser for more information. View Event Calendar. If you have difficulty in making contact, contact Sharon Gilbert, PR & Marketing Manager, on 01684 584929 or by e-mail.

Media Passes

Media passes are available for accredited journalists, and, unless there are exceptional circumstances, are limited to two tickets for each publication, radio or television station. They are not available for advertising representatives.

Film & Photography

Photographers and film-makers must have permission to cover our shows and venue hire events, and should seek permission from the Press Office.

We are also able to offer restricted access to the services of our official Show Photographers. For availability and rates, please contact the Press Office.

Image Library

Three Counties Agricultural Society images are available to accompany news items and feature articles. The photographs are copyrighted, and should be credited to the particular event (ie; courtesy of the Malvern Spring Gardening Show) or, in the case of spokesperson, venue and location shots, to the Three Counties Agricultural Society.
