Regional Food & Drink Village: sample some of the best local produce available from across the region, featuring the Gloucestershire Cookery Theatre in association with Taste of the West, and the popular Three Counties Cheese and Dairy Produce Show. Three Counties Cider show featuring Cider and Perry competition with free tasting and voting for the Peoples’ Choice. New For 2008: Farmers Market and Cheese demonstration theatre.
Country Pursuits Village: an exciting non-stop programme of displays and events including gun dogs, fox hounds, birds of prey, owls, ferrets, fishing, forestry, farriery and blacksmithing, vintage tractors and threshing machines. New For 2008: Hearing Dogs for Deaf People demonstrations.
