Disabled Access At Three Counties Showground

All the buildings at the showground have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair.

PARKING

If you’re a blue badge holder, please use the brown gate for allocated disabled parking near the showground entrance.

TOILETS

You’ll find disabled toilets throughout the showground. These are marked on the show plan.

FREE SHUTTLE BUS

There’s a free shuttle bus (with disabled access) from Great Malvern Station to the showground for the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, and Malvern Autumn Show.

The shuttle bus runs throughout the day alongside show opening hours. You’ll find the pick up point just outside the station. The return pick up point is at the Red Gate of the showground.

Getting Around

Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for the disabled, elderly, and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust.

Please note that this service is only available at our three main shows: the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, and Malvern Autumn Show.

If you have any questions about scooter hire or would like to book, please visit Event Mobility or call 01386 725391.

Disabled Ticketing Policy

While we do not offer free tickets or concessions for people with disabilities, where a carer is required, one carer may be admitted free of charge per ticket-holder with a disability when they pay the normal admission fee.

For some events, we will only sell in advance; for those the carer tickets must be arranged in advance. Please call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 640 5001.

For events which we do sell on the day, carers do not need to purchase a ticket in advance, but documentation must be provided at the gate to prove that the ticket holder requires a carer during their visit. Supporting documentation can vary, and may include proof of disability living allowance or documentation from a doctor, anything that provides proof that the ticket-holder requires a carer during their visit to the Showground. If you are unsure and would like to check in advance that the documentation you have is adequate, please call 01684 584924 and we will happily advise.
