Leading the Three Counties Agricultural Society is our Chief Executive Ken Nottage, who joined our team in September 2012 following an illustrious 13-year career as Managing Director of Gloucester Rugby. Passionate about driving forward the Society’s continued development in order to deliver its charitable objectives across agriculture, horticulture and rural affairs, Ken prides himself on enabling his team to maintain the excellent standard of events staged at the Showground through a programme of ambitious, innovative improvements to the Society’s facilities. Head of Ticketing
Joining the Ticketing Team at Three Counties back in 2011, Paul Butler has played a key role in the implementation of several key improvements to our ticketing and business systems. Relishing a challenge and passionate about improving visitor experience wherever possible, Paul negotiates the complexities of the ever-changing IT landscape to deliver ticketing and CRM systems which deliver an excellent service to the Society and our visitors alike, ensuring that securing a visit to the Showground is as seamless as possible.
PA to the Chief Executive
Since joining Three Counties in 2013, Hilary Collcott acts as P.A. to Ken Nottage as well as assisting with many key areas of the day to day running of the Society. Responsible for the Society’s Governance, Council and President, Hilary also co-ordinates visits from key Dignitaries to the Society and VIPs throughout the calendar year; notably Royal Three Counties Show Patron HRH The Princess Royal. Head of Finance
Leading our Finance Team is David Fenwick, who joined us in 2015 to run all financial and HR aspects of the Society. David has taken a pivotal role in the review and implementation of several improvements to our financial systems. With over 25 years of accounting experience under his belt, David brings with him a wealth of knowledge to ensure the Society continues to run as effectively as possible.

With over 30 years of experience working in dynamic event management, marketing and sponsorship under her belt, Suzy Hillier is well-placed to lead our fantastic Commercial Team here at Three Counties. Joining us in January 2013, Suzy’s impressive background across a wide breadth of event and travel-based organisations has seen her lead our Commercial Team from strength to strength, spearheading campaigns and strategic partnerships which continue to achieve record income and visitor targets for the Showground year-on-year. Passionate about building longstanding, customer-focussed partnerships, Suzy’s innovative approach sees campaigns which regularly go above and beyond to exceed our clients’ goals. What our seasoned Trade Stand Executive Steve Allsop doesn’t know about exhibiting at our shows simply isn’t worth knowing. A valued member of the Three Counties Agricultural Society for over 15 years, Steve manages our exhibitor experiences from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with our trade stand partners to ensure that they achieve maximum commercial benefit from exhibiting at our shows every time. Arriving with us here at Three Counties in 2014, Stephanie Belcher manages the marketing activity for the popular events held here at the Showground, including our three key highlights of the calendar year: RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show and Malvern Autumn Show. Boasting over nine years of marketing experience, Stephanie’s expertise has been put to excellent use developing an impressive marketing strategy that’s played a key role in delivering record visitor numbers each year. Managing corporate opportunities and partnerships across our three major shows is Claire Blackford, who brought a wealth of experience in customer and relationship management with her when she joined our Commercial Team in October 2017. Trade Stand Coordinator
A key member of our Trade Stand team, Jane Edwards joined the Three Counties in 2016, working closely alongside our exhibitors to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the lead-up, during and after every show. Managing the full exhibitor experience, Jane acts as chief point of communication for our trade partners, offering assistance as they arrive to set up and answering any queries they may have, as well as managing exhibitor accounts and passes. Our Head of Shows Diana Walton holds a treasured life-long connection to the Three Counties Agricultural Society, gaining her first piece of event experience at a young age right here on the showground during her uncle’s time as Chief Executive of the Society. Proud to carry on this family legacy as our Head of Shows, Diana leads our talented Shows Team to ensure that each of our main events delivers an engaging and enjoyable programme of entertainment for visitors of all ages. With an excess of 30 shows here at Three Counties under her belt, Jenna is an unstoppable force on our talented Shows Team. Holding a central role working across most of our Society’s events, Jenna’s chief focus is as one of the lead organisers for CountryTastic. Always happy to get stuck in across the board, Jenna also arranges some of our most popular show features throughout the calendar year, including arena and musical entertainment and the Floral Art Competitions. Given her extensive experience here at the Showground, Jenna’s impressive knowledge-base and unflappable approach make her an invaluable member of the team.
Passionate about developing education in horticulture, Mark Harwood-Browne joins us here at the Three Counties Agricultural Society as our Education Executive, putting his 25 years of valuable experience within the industry and academia to excellent use in developing our renowned educational programme. Having formerly worked with some of the most innovative names in horticultural retail and as Head of Horticulture at the county’s most successful land-based college, Mark now works tirelessly to expand and improve our educational programme for all ages; a programme of great importance to all at the Society. Responsible for assisting with the organisation of our ever-popular Royal Three Counties Show, Richard Heath’s chief areas of expertise lie within our livestock and equine areas, as well as our Fur Feather and Farm Village. Wearing many hats as a key member of our Shows team, Richard also oversees sponsorship for the livestock and equine sections of the show, working closely with our sponsors to deliver effective campaigns which enable these two important show areas to thrive. A keen animal-man himself, Richard owns his own small herd of Herefords and flock of chickens on his Worcestershire-based family farm. Show Staff Coordinator
Our popular shows and events simply couldn’t go ahead without a fantastic team of show staff working hard behind the scenes in every area. Emily Jauncey is the person in charge of making this happen, responsible for staffing each of our Society events including CountryTastic, RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, Malvern Autumn Show and Malvern Caravan Show, to name a few. She also arranges staff for third party events when required. A people-person with a friendly approach to recruitment at all levels, Emily sources staff for many and varied positions, priding herself on the ability to help candidates and new recruits excel. Working across all our shows here at Three Counties, Fiona manages the livestock section at Royal Three Counties Show and helps with the running of key features and competitions within our other events. Able to assist with everything from entry to the smooth running of the event itself, Fiona acts as chief point of contact for our entrants for many of the shows’ most popular attractions, including Sheep Shearing, Grow to Show and the Giant Vegetable competition. Passionate about agriculture, Fiona’s love for the countryside stems from her time growing up on her family farm in Herefordshire; a passion that shines through in her work here at Three Counties. Venue Hire Executive
Leading the Venue Hire Department here at Three Counties is Claire Amott, with over 11 years of experience in events and hospitality under her belt. Responsible for the hiring of our broad range of venues here at the showground, Claire’s team hosts up to 130 third party events every year, always going above and beyond to deliver memorable events with an ‘anything is possible’ approach for clients across a wide variety of sectors. An invaluable member of our events team, John Elliot first joined us here at Three Counties back in 2009 before becoming a permanent member of our team in 2011 when our Three Counties Centre first opened its doors.
