Make sure you visit the new and improved Members area at RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Malvern Autumn Show, in its new location in Severn Hall.  Food and drink will be available all day in the beautifully dressed exclusive area, this is the ideal place for you to take a moment and relax before you adventure back out into the show.  The Members Pavilion for Royal Three Counties Show is still located at the top of the Main Arena, giving you front row seats for the exciting main area entertainment.

Due to the cancellation of both RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Royal Three Counties Show for 2021 because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Society is currently reviewing membership and will make a further announcement week commencing 8 March regarding options for existing members.

I am pleased to report that membership for 2020 will be extended to 2021.

If you have already paid your subscription for 2020, you do not need to do anything further, membership packs will be mailed to you in April 2021 at no additional charge.

Dear Member,

In these challenging times, we will continue to update members via messages on this area of our website to minimise expenditure and help protect our Society. Three Counties Agricultural Society is an organisation of which you can be proud to be part, in the knowledge that you are supporting the charitable objectives and aims of the Society, namely, to promote agriculture, horticulture, arboriculture, apiculture and rural crafts for the public good.

Our objectives are delivered mainly through staging our shows – CountryTastic, RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show and Malvern Autumn Show each year, and through educational bursaries.

Thank you for staying with us to support our work and continuing to be part of this organisation. Your membership of this Society is much more than access to tickets for our shows. During times such as this, the likes of which many of us will never have endured previously, it is the support of our members that can help to ensure the future of the Society. We have encountered difficult times before, most notably foot and mouth disease in 2001. It was with the resolve of our members, staff and volunteers that meant we were able to return to normality, retain staff, maintain the showground facilities and continue to stage our prestigious and much-admired events.

We are subject to the Government’s restrictions on gatherings and social distancing, therefore:

Membership Packs - have not been mailed to you this year, as memberships paid for 2020 are being carried over into 2021. In the meantime, the Annual Review of 2019, is available to view using the below link which we hope you will enjoy. The information was correct at the time of printing in February 2020.

The Annual General Meeting of Members took place via Conference Call in the presence of the President, Directors and Elected Members of the Society Council on 28th August 2020, as previously notified to members on this page and via e-mail.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Your membership will be valid for one year from 01 December 2019 to 30 November 2020
  • Your membership includes three entry tickets to any day of any of these events:
    RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show and Malvern Autumn Show
  • Membership is not transferable for any reason and must be presented by the named individual at time of entry
  • All membership is valid for 1 year and there are no pro-rata refunds should you wish to terminate membership prior to its expiry
  • Renewal information will be sent to you by post in November 2020 with further information for the 2021 season
  • Three Counties will keep your information on file under the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2018
  • The contract between us starts when your payment has been processed
