Event Accessibility At Three Counties Showground

All the buildings at the showground have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair.

If you’re a blue badge holder, please use the brown gate for allocated accessible parking near the showground entrance.

You’ll find accessible toilets throughout the showground. These are marked on the show plan.

There will be a Mobiloo at the Royal Three Counties Show on Sunday 19 June and all days of Malvern Autumn Show Friday 23, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 September. A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet including a toilet with grab rail, electric hoist and full size changing table. Click here for more information.

There’s a free shuttle bus suitable for persons with access needs from Great Malvern Station to the showground for the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, and Malvern Autumn Show.

The shuttle bus runs throughout the day alongside show opening hours. You’ll find the pick up point just outside the station. The return pick up point is at the Red Gate of the showground.

Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for anyone with access needs including blue badge holders and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust.

Please note that this service is only available at our three main shows: the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, and Malvern Autumn Show.

While we do not offer free tickets or concessions for people with access needs, where a carer is required, one carer may be admitted free of charge per ticket-holder with access needs when they pay the normal admission fee. Please call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 640 5001 to arrange this. Please be aware you may be asked to provide supporting documentation.

For events which we do sell on the day, carers do not need to purchase a ticket in advance, but documentation must be provided at the gate to prove that the ticket holder requires a carer during their visit. Supporting documentation can vary, and may include proof of disability living allowance or documentation from a doctor, anything that provides proof that the ticket-holder requires a carer during their visit to the Showground. If you are unsure and would like to check in advance that the documentation you have is adequate, please call 01684 584924 and we will happily advise.
