The Three Counties Agricultural Society is registered with The Data Protection Agency under the Data Protection Act 1998 and seeks to maintain and uphold good practice in accordance with the Act.
You can use the Three Counties Agricultural Society web site without providing us with any personal information. Apart from our online services, no details are mandatory, and should you choose not to provide them, the quality of the service will be unaffected.
Disabled Ticketing Policy
The Three Counties Agricultural Society does not wish to discriminate against visitors with disabilities, so the full admission rate will be charged. However, if a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, a free ticket is available for them at the time of purchasing a standard price visitor ticket. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation to:

Ticket Refunds Policy
If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund to the face value of the ticket.
If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets should be valid. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, then you are entitled to a full refund.
Otherwise, refunds are at the discretion of the Three Counties Agricultural Society. We will refund the face value of tickets only.
We endeavour to send tickets by 2nd class mail, within 7 days of receiving your order. Should you have not received your tickets within 15 days of placing your order, please let us know; we will investigate and, where appropriate, send replacement tickets (which will deactivate the original tickets). Failure to inform us, prior to an event, that you have not received tickets, will mean that we not reissue replacement tickets, nor refund.
Refunds / Exchanges before a show:
When tickets have been ordered for the wrong day or event, or the customer can no longer make that particular day:
The Society must be informed in writing, at least 14 days prior the start of the event. Notifications within 14 days of the start of the event will not be eligible for refund or exchange
Original tickets must be returned to the Society at the address below, along with a covering letter detailing:
- The reason for the request for refund, or exchange (to another day or event).
- Contact details ie postal address & daytime contact number.
We will process appropriately; if the request is for an exchange to another day or event, we may require additional payment to cover any price differential.
Refunds after a show:
When tickets have been forgotten, or not yet arrived in the post, prior to the show:
- Customer must purchase replacement tickets at the gate, at the ‘on the day’ price. These are likely to be more expensive than the advance tickets.
- Our cashiers will provide a refund request form, which will explain the process.
- The Society must receive the completed refund request form, along with appropriate evidence of purchase (as detailed on the form), within one calendar month of the event.
- We will process appropriately, or contact the customer if there is an issue eg need for more detail.
Refunds will be at the value of tickets bought ‘on the day’ ie when the refund has been completed, customers will have just paid the value of advance tickets.
- Nb We sell tickets up to as close to the start of a show as we can, bearing in mind tickets which are mailed out may take several days to arrive. We cannot be responsible for the non or late delivery of tickets.
The layout of the showground makes it impractical to hold tickets at a central point for collection.
Tickets ordered via See Tickets and The Ticket Factory will be mailed out much closer to the event, typically two weeks before the event starts; this is standard Ticket Factory practice.
