Join us on one of the region’s largest indoor ice rinks, sheltered from the elements and festively decorated, before taking a break to enjoy a cup of steaming hot chocolate from the Ice Cafe or mulled wine from Jingle’s Bavarian Winter Bar.

Embark on a magical adventure and explore our newly themed Illuminated Light Trail – ‘The Golden Snowflake’ Adorned with shimmering lights and impressive features, this interactive adventure trail is guaranteed to bring an element of festive fun this winter – ‘The Golden Snowflake’ will take visitors on an exciting journey with Jingle the Elf as he visits old friends and discovers new places in his quest to bring the Golden Snowflake home. 🤍

Have you made it onto the Nice List? Journey to the North Pole and join Santa’s Elves on a fantastical festive adventure. Explore Santa’s Toyshop, decorate Christmas biscuits in Mrs Claus’ Bakery and visit the Winter Village before having an exclusive, personalised meeting with Father Christmas in his grotto.

Grab some warming food from the Indoor Food Quarter, before exploring our brand-new indoor Christmas Market, where locals will entice visitors with a range of unique arts, crafts, gifts and tasty treats to get you ready for the festive season.
